Introduction to Rigging : Tail

Here's the rigged tail, ready to be animated.

Added Clusters from the vertex of the curve for better control 
Clusters, Joints and IK Handles
Individual controls of each joints
The expression of each rotation channel was edited to ensure that the joint before controls the current joint
Added different values to each rotation channel so that the tail movement won't be stiff
Final Outliner look after all the set up and grouping
