As suggested, I have made the environment softer, less harsh and made sure it is not overexposed. Below are stills of the experimentation to the exposures.

I have given the environment a rethink and I will have Abigail in two different housing estate. One is slightly posher than the other.

Environment Rethink

From the feedback and the suggestions that was given to me, I have assigned ambient occlusion to instead of making my environment coloured as I want Abigail to be the primary focus.

I made the environment to be more British. What do you think?
