Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 07- Necklace Chain & Dress Detail)

I have here the necklace chain and also the bra and skirt connector.

Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 06- Eyes, Nose, Mouth Refinement)

The eyes, nose and mouth were further refined because the eyes lack thickness which made it look weird. The nose was refined by adding the nostrils and though my character has thin lips, I had to add some volume to it as it was not quite right.

Acting Class (Session 4)

For the last acting class, it was all about trying to let the character your partner have chosen for you to shine through with very minimal words use and by wearing the mask, we were supposed to acting nothing like ourselves.

It was a great class because it is just like the saying 'Action speaks louder than words'.

Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 05- Modelling of Veil and Wings)

This is the veil and the wings modelled. There are still adjustments to be made to the face and hair to make it look like my drawing.

In my drawing, the wings are closed but I am modelling it to be opened for now.

Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 04- Modelling of the Robe with Hood)

I managed to figure out on how to model the hoodie and though my character does not have it up, I've modelled it this way as it would be easier to skin it and have it down for the final outcome.

@Alan Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 03- Modelling of the Robe)

I modelled my character's robe following the same method I did for the skirt. However, I am unsure how to model the hood because I tried extruding from the back of the neck but I do not how to from there. Should it be modelled as a separate object instead?

I got a little bit stuck around the bump area because the geometry on the upper body is going across whereas the lower body was going down. Is this geometry flow okay?

Here's an update of my character.

Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 03- Modelling of the Hair)

This is Ishtar's hair modelled. I i have decided to break the hair into several pieces as I thought modelling it would be easier. Hence, I have the fringes separated from the main volume of the hair.

Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 03- Modelling of the skirt)

To model the skirt of my character, I started off with a cylinder and shaped it. However, after discussing with Alan, I needed the creases which my initial model of the skirt was not really capable because the lack of geometry and the geometry flow. I was given an advice on how to approach this differently and it works better. I have a better understanding of the cloth and how the geometry should flow. This, in return, makes making the creases easier to model. Slight adjustments will have to be made towards the center of the skirt where the clasp will be in place so that the creases will seem that it is coming from a single point.

Adaptation B: Ishtar Character Modelling (Development 02- Modelling of the Feet)

This is the character's feet adjusted. I did two versions. One with the claws as separate objects and the other is modelled from the feet itself.
